It is a well-known fact that keeping busy both mentally and physically is not only good for your health but helps you stay warm! Think of winter as a time to learn a new skill or take up a new hobby. It is the perfect time to pick up 2–3 pairs of knitting needles and stock up on an array of coloured wool balls and try your hand at making some scarves.

If knitting isn’t your thing, why not start practising yoga or try working out in the comfort of your own basement? Moving your body will not only help you stay warm but keep you looking and feeling your best—from head to toe.
