How do I open an account?

It’s easy! Fill out this online form to open an Ultramar account.

Once you open an account, you will be provided with an account number and can then register for Client Space. Here you can view your bills, browse your billing and payment history, review your fuel consumption, order oil or propane, make payments, track your deliveries and more.

You can quickly and conveniently view and pay your bill online using the Ultramar Client Space.

What is Client Space?

The Ultramar Client Space gives you 24/7 online access to your account, so you can view and manage your own transactions and profile from any computer, tablet or mobile device.

Does Ultramar have an equal payments plan?

Yes, we do! Your heating oil or propane costs will be estimated for a year and spread over 10 months. Your payment amount will then be re-evaluated every spring (based on your actual oil/propane consumption). Pay by credit card or pre-authorized payments.

Does Ultramar have home heating protection plans?

Yes, we do! Ultramar home heating protection plans include:

  • Emergency service day and night
  • Labour on services and repairs listed as covered by your plan
  • Parts listed as covered by your plan
  • Annual tests, inspections and cleaning
  • Discounts for appliance upgrades

Does Ultramar sell air conditioners?

Yes, we do in select locations in Ontario and Quebec. View air conditioners to keep cool this summer.

How do I close an account?

To close an account or to make changes to an existing account, please contact your local Ultramar branch location.

Ultramar is a proud partner of CANEX to offer an exclusive home heating program to CAF members or veterans, civilian DND and NPF employees, and RCMP members.
